It is predicted that Indonesia produce 146.7 million tons of biomass every year, about 470GJ/year. Indonesia’s biomass energy spreads in Kalimantan, Sumatra, Irian jaya and Sulawesi. According to research, the power generation potential of the total biomass energy is 50GW/year, about 470GJ/year.

Indonesia’s biomass energy mainly comes from rice wastes, rubber wood sawdust residues, sugar waste, palm oil residues, plywood sawdust and veneer residues, logging residues, sawn timber residual, coconut shell, and other agriculture wastes.

The main crop wastes for power generation are palm oil, sugar and rice processing waste. Currently, Indonesia has 67 sugar plant in running and 8 in construction. They process 1000-12000 tons of sugarcanes every day, and produce 8 million tons of bagasse and 11.5 million tons of sugarcane roots and leaves.

In November 2018, we received a message from an Indonesian customer, the content is as follows:

"What does it cost for a whole wood sawdust pellet making line that can manufacture a minimum 2-3 tons/hour? Pellets would be manufactured from forestry and mill waste of byproducts such as sawdust. Thank you!"

The main raw material of the Indonesian customer is forestry and mill waste of byproducts such as sawdust. He invested in a 2-2.5 t/h turnkey computer control wood sawdust pellet making line to produce 8mm, 10mm, 12mm wood sawdust pellets. According to the customer's raw material and output requirements, we have customized the wood sawdust biiomass production line for him, and the installation process is relatively smooth. At present, the project has been put into use, and customer feedback is running well!
