Turnkey project of 4-5 tons per hour straw, wood chips, bamboo chips biomass pellet production line. This project is not a simple biomass pellet production line, but a pellet production line that produces 4 different raw materials. The raw materials are mainly crop straws, wood chips, bamboo chips, and construction waste. Generally, wood chips and bamboo chips can be directly pelletized without drying. In the production of biomass shaped particles, waste construction materials (wood), branch materials, etc. need to be crushed and dried according to the incoming materials before granulating production. The production line includes wood pellet production line, straw pellet production line, bamboo pellet production line and branch pellet production line. The total area of the project is 9,188 square meters, and the total construction area is about 4,511.59 square meters. The total investment is 4 million US dollars.
Straw, Sawdust, Bamboo Chips and Biomass Pellet Production Line
This project uses professional equipment to compress agricultural and forestry waste into biomass pellet fuel, and no adhesives are used in the production process.

(1) Raw materials: The raw materials are mainly crop stalks, wood chips, bamboo chips, and construction waste. Generally, wood chips and bamboo chips can be directly pelletized to produce biomass molding particles without drying. Waste construction materials (wood), branch materials, etc. According to the situation of the incoming material, it will be crushed and dried before the granulation production.
(2) Chipping and crushing: Chipping raw materials with larger diameters such as straw, branch wood, construction waste (wood), etc., and then proceed to the next process by refining 3-8mm powder. The discharge port of the crusher is connected to the Shakelong dust collector, which mainly uses centrifugal force to separate the scraps and deposits them in the dust collector, and then discharges them through the material port. After the gas is discharged from the Shakelong dust collector, it is processed by the bag filter and then discharged by 15m. The gas cylinder is discharged, and the collected dust is reused for production.
(3) Drying: Biomass molded fuel has strict requirements on the water content of the raw materials. After the raw materials are crushed, they are dried by a rolling dryer. The rolling dryer uses the heat and hot air of the biomass waste hot air stove to affect the raw materials. For drying, the moisture content of general raw materials is about 15-45% (the moisture content of straw, branch wood, construction waste (wood) and other raw materials is about 30-45%, which needs to be dried; the moisture content of raw materials such as wood chips and bamboo chips is about 15%, without drying). The project drying procedure is mainly for branches and waste wood with high moisture content. After drying the raw materials, the moisture content of the raw materials is generally about 15%. The dust generated in the drying process is collected and processed by the Shakelong dust collector, and the drying waste gas is discharged through a 15m exhaust cylinder after wet dust removal.
(4) Granulation and molding: The dried biomass dust passes through a ring die pellet machine to compress the raw materials into cylindrical pellets with a diameter of 8cm~9cm and a diameter of 8mm~10mm. The dust generated in the granulation process is processed by the Shakron dust collector and the bag filter, and then discharged through a 15m exhaust tube, and the collected dust is reused for production.
(5) Cooling: When the raw material is processed into pellets, the temperature of biomass fuel pellets can reach 50℃~60℃, and it will be cooled to normal temperature by a cooler.
(6) Packaging: The cooled biomass particles are bagged and packaged into the warehouse by the packaging machine, which is the product.

The total area of the project is 9,188 square meters, and the total construction area is about 4,511.59 square meters. The project utilizes two existing buildings on the site, with an area of about 668 square meters, and a new factory building with a construction area of about 3,743.59 square meters, guards and other 100 square meters.
