This section is more suitable for the larger raw materials in the early stage, and it is not easy to directly crush or granulate through the crusher. But sometimes this section can be omitted. For example, the sawdust pellet production line can directly pelletize, and this section is not needed.

This section is usually used in biomass pellet production line, forage gress pellet production line and nutshell straw pellet production line. For example, the SFSP hammer mill is used for wood and fruit shells, and the straw/alfalfa/husk/grass crusher is used for grass and straw. Different raw materials are equipped with different types of crusher.

Conveying equipment is mechanical equipment that transports bulk cargo and unit goods from a loading point to an unloading point along a certain route in a continuous manner. The conveying equipment of Herm machinery includes screw conveyor, scraper conveyor, belt conveyor and Bucket elevator.

To dry materials and remove the moisture from 50% to 15-17%. Itincludes: --Burningstove,tosupplyhotair --Drumdryer --Dischargingcyclone.

Wood pellet machine, also known as biomass pellet machine, has a wide range of raw materials: straw shells include wood, straw, sawdust, cotton stalks, rice husks, peanut shells, sunflower shells, coconut shells, coffee shells, bamboo, etc. . The grasses are alfalfa, hops, hemp, hay, grass, etc. In addition, there are organic fertilizer granulator, cat litter granulator and so on.

Pellets come out from pellet machine, its temperature is around 70℃, by cooling system, It can cool down to room temperature immediately. By momentary cooling, the hardness of pellets will become more stronger.

The forming rate of pellet machine is around 98 % , so there are still have 2% powder in pellets,by screening, sort out all the powders from pellets.

There are three kinds of automatic packaging machines produced by Herm machinery: powder packaging machines, granule packaging machines and (universal) dual-purpose packaging machines.

A dust collection system is an air quality improvement system used in industrial production to improve breathable air quality and safety by removing particulate matter from the air and environment. Dust collection systems work on the basic formula of capture, convey and collect.

organic fertilizer

As we known, organic fertilizer has many kinds, wide source and long fertilizer effect. Most of the nutrient elements are contained in organic fertilizers. However, it is difficult for plants and crops to use directly. After composting, it can release the nutrients to improve soil structure and land productivity. What is more, it can purify soil ecological environment and guarantee high yield of plants. It is irreplaceable fertilizer for plants and soil, which is commercial organic fertilizers ad farm manure. In generally, the materials of organic can be divided into several types:

High efficiency organic fertilizer pellet plant production line is commonly used to process different fermented organic substance into organic fertilizer. Animal manure and agricultural waste are used as the main raw materials in organic fertilizer production. Herm supply organic fertilizer production line with the capacity of 1-60 TPH.

The water is absorbed by the material and has no discharge. This process produces exhaust gas.

7) Granulation

The materials after 3 fermentations are granulated by a granulator. The granulation process needs to add urea liquid and water, and this process produces noise.

8) Primary drying

The semi-finished product after granulation is first-stage dried at 240°c for 20min. This process generates noise and dust.

9) Primary cooling

The semi-finished product after the first level drying is cooled by a cooler, cooled to 100°C, and the cooling time is 10 minutes. This process generates noise and dust.

10) Screening

The semi-finished product after the first level of cooling is screened by a screening machine, and the large pieces of material produced by the screening are returned to the fermentation process for fermentation. This process generates noise and dust.

11) Envelope

According to the type of organic fertilizer, different amounts of compound microbial agents are added to the sieved materials. The ratio of organic fertilizer particles to coating agent is 5:1. This process generates noise.

12) Secondary drying

The coated product undergoes secondary drying at 50°C for 15 minutes. This process generates noise and dust.

13) Secondary cooling

The semi-finished product after secondary drying is cooled by a cooler, cooled to 30°C, and the cooling time is 10 minutes. This process generates noise and dust.

14) Screening

The semi-finished product after the secondary cooling is screened by a screening machine, and the bulk material produced by the screening is returned to the fermentation process for fermentation. This process generates noise and dust.

15) Packaging

After the sieved materials are packaged using a packaging machine, granular organic fertilizer can be obtained. This process generates noise and dust.

16) Stored for sale

The packaged products are put into storage for customers to take away.

Advantages of Organic Fertilizer Pellets

1. Soil Structure

Because of the organic matter present in organic fertilizer, soil structure is improved and as a result the soil’s ability to hold onto water and nutrients increases.

2. Reduce Fertilizers and Pesticides

Although organic fertilizer can be more costly than synthetic, it can reduce the need for pesticides and the overall nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium requirements. Because of the reductions, organic fertilizer can be cost neutral and sometimes a cost savings.

3. Plant Damage Threat Avoided

Some synthetic fertilizers can cause plant damage to leaves and roots. This is less likely with organic fertilizers.

4. Microbes Thrive

Synthetic fertilizer consists of chemical molecules without carbon. These molecules can sometimes be disruptive and are not accessible to microbes. On the other hand, organic fertilizer is rich in organic matter, which helps microbes thrive. Organic fertilizer contains carbon as part of its chemical makeup; and it is the carbon, along with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium that feeds microbes and enables them to make nutrients available for plants in a naturally occurring biological process.

5. Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly

Synthetic fertilizers runoff into our waterways harming marine life and water quality. Organic fertilizers do not run off as easily (if at all) and are associated with soil structure. According to the Organic Trade Association, organic fertilizer also increases species biodiversity by 30% compared with synthetic fertilizer.

What Factors Should Be Considered When Constructing An Organic Fertilizer Processing Plant?

1) Environmental protection. The construction of organic fertilizer processing plants must comply with the requirements of environmental protection policies, far away from residents' residences, and does not affect the surrounding environmental hygiene. Environmental protection is not only the aspiration of the people, but also the policy needs of the development of agriculture and animal husbandry for environmental protection.

2) The source of raw materials, the radius around the source of raw materials, determine your plant location, site investment, transportation investment, etc.

3) The types of raw materials and types determine the detailed equipment used in each process stage, which affects the equipment investment price.

4) The scale of production, a single organic fertilizer production line with an annual output of 3,000 tons to an annual output of 250,000 tons determines the production capacity requirements of the equipment, which affects the price.

5) The recycling of resources mainly relies on the recycling and utilization of various agricultural wastes, such as first making fuel and electric energy raw materials, and using the biogas residue as organic fertilizer raw materials.

6) Fertilizer processing technology, other uses of the process, can be used as feed, etc.

7) Factory site: The size of the production site and the investment of the site should be determined according to the planned production scale.

8) Transportation. The convenience of transportation has a greater impact on sales and transportation. Choose places close to expressways, provincial highways, and national highways.
